Every OV-ECO model has a 201 stainless steel exterior, a galvanized zinc-coated steel oven chamber, and a steel baking base for effective heat distribution.
OVE and OVG models have a 430 stainless steel exterior, an aluminum-zinc oven chamber, and a steel baking base. These materials offer a more premium finish than the ECO series.
