• Customers can come to view the products in person at the showroom from 10:00 – 18:00 (Monday – Saturday)
• After the payment has been completed, contact us again through the same channel used for the order and provide the following details:

1. Proof of payment
2. Name of the buyer
3. Delivery address
4. Phone number

                Once the staff has verified the information, they will prepare the products and schedule the next delivery round.

Product delivery

• The company offers customers three options for delivery services.
  1. Parcel delivery service via Private Transport

  Delivery Monday-Friday (closed on Sunday) with delivery cut-off around 12:00 PM.
  

  2. Delivery service through transport services Lalamove/Grab

  Delivery Monday-Friday (closed on Sunday) during business hours 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

  Shipping charges based on distance (according to the transport company’s rates)

  3. Customers pick up products themselves at the company
• Products delivered via private transport take 5-7 business days for delivery, and cash on delivery is available when the order amount is over 1,000 Baht

Product warranty conditions

• If the product is defective or damaged, please contact the company within 7 business days. The company will immediately replace the product.
• The company reserves the right and is not responsible for any consequential damages that may occur in any case, including any errors that occur, and also reserves the right regarding liability to third parties.
  ** Once purchased, products cannot be exchanged or refunded because our products are sold at wholesale prices. Please measure the bakery shelf size carefully before ordering. If the company delivers the wrong product, we will cover all shipping costs.
