2. Use a mild dishwashing detergent or a cleaner specifically for Teflon, and avoid cleaners containing solvents (such as IPA) because they may dissolve the coating.

*Before each use, oil the surface of the grill to prevent Teflon from deteriorating and help prolong its lifespan
