Return Window
Customers can return products within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • Items must be in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Products

  • Products that have been used, installed, or modified
  • Products damaged by misuse
  • Clearance items or custom-made products

Return Shipping Fee

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • In case of defective or incorrect items, the company will cover the return shipping cost

Refund Process
